Acquisition Engine User Manual

Complete guide to lead discovery & scoring

1. Introduction

The Acquisition Engine module is part of the Elinom ERP platform. Lead scoring, funnels, and nurture automation.

Open the module from the ERP shell sidebar (#acquisition) or directly at public/acquisition.html. Authenticated users with module access land on the main workspace; visitors may see a marketing landing page first.

2. Getting Started

First-time setup checklist

  1. Log in with a user that has Acquisition Engine access.
  2. Open Acquisition Engine from the ERP sidebar (#acquisition).
  3. Complete module Settings and organisation defaults in Company Settings.
  4. Review Search Engine and confirm data loads correctly.
  5. Run a test workflow before inviting additional users.
Tip: Confirm your organisation has the Acquisition Engine module enabled in subscription settings before going live.

4. Business Directory

Scored entity directory from past searches.

How to use Business Directory

  1. Navigate to Acquisition Engine → Business Directory from the sidebar or #acquisition?section=directory.
  2. Review filters, date ranges, or search fields at the top of the workspace.
  3. Use toolbar actions (Add, Export, Refresh) to manage records.
  4. Save or submit changes — updates sync across integrated Elinom modules where configured.

6. Lead Review

Review scored leads before CRM import.

How to use Lead Review

  1. Navigate to Acquisition Engine → Lead Review from the sidebar or #acquisition?section=lead-review.
  2. Review filters, date ranges, or search fields at the top of the workspace.
  3. Use toolbar actions (Add, Export, Refresh) to manage records.
  4. Save or submit changes — updates sync across integrated Elinom modules where configured.

7. Export Settings

CSV, Excel, and CRM export configuration.

8. Push to CRM

Import approved leads into Agentic CRM.

9. Integrations

Acquisition Engine integrates with other Elinom modules including Accounting, Analytics, Company Settings. Data events flow through the platform data bridge so related records stay in sync.

  1. Ensure integrated modules are active on your subscription.
  2. Configure shared master data in the source module first.
  3. Review cross-module links from transaction detail screens where available.
  4. Use Elinom Analytics for cross-module reporting when enabled.
